Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we DO NOT accept any changes for your order.

To make changes for your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

We currently ship within West Malaysia ONLY.

Once you filled in the mailing address, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.

All West Malaysia postage is MYR 20 (including Styrofoam White Box).

The shipping fees within Klang Valley area starts from RM 10 to RM 15, (it depends on the area). If you need a discount on shipping fees, please apply to our Admin.

巴生谷地区邮费从马币10开始至马币15,故地区而定。如需要折扣邮费,请向助理申请。

You can purchase on our website using FPX bank transfer Only. 

For “Cash On Delivery” only apply to “Self Pick Up Service” (面交) . 

You can choose these payment methods at checkout page.
