Shipping Term and Condition
- We will carefully checking each product/items before the shipment & also ensure that there is NO DAMAGE of the product before we proceed the delivery / courier service.
- Before each product place into the box, we protect the products/ items with Multiple Protective Layers & we will try our best to complete the preservation of the products/ items.
- Delivery/ courier may take Additional Time during Super Peak Sale Periods, Holidays, and Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme Weather events.
- We DO NOT assume all the risks of Delays or Damage to all goods during in transit / express delivery.
- KL and Selangor area will deliver Freshly from our Kitchen to your door step, on the Same Day (Except Outer Selangor Area). Normal Packaging will apply.
- Others States of West Malaysia, except KL and Selangor. Details are as follow:
- Styrofoam White Box will be used during the delivery/courier service.
- Express Company will be hired for the delivery/courier part, which usually arrive in 2-3 days or more. It is to depends on the volume & speed of the express company.
